1.1. 100% Offline Privacy Commitment

S PRODUCTION built the MyMagic app as a Commercial app. This Service is provided by S PRODUCTION at no cost and is intended for use as is. This application operates entirely offline and autonomously on your mobile device. We do not host any external user accounts, cloud databases, or remote tracking servers for personal information.

1.2. Microphone Permission (Audio Recording)

The application requires temporary access to your device's microphone via the RECORD_AUDIO permission solely for the local speech recognition engine (Vosk) to detect verbal magic commands. All voice processing is handled inside your RAM locally. Audio streams are never recorded, never stored on the physical drive, and are never transmitted over the internet.

1.3. Device Storage Access

Storage read permissions are utilized exclusively via the standard Android MediaStore API to safely scan and copy custom .mp4 or .mp3 media packages placed by the user inside the local "Download" directory into the app's isolated private sandbox directory. No other internal folders are accessed or modified.

1.4. Children's Privacy (Age Restriction)

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. By accepting the in-app legal disclaimer, users officially confirm they are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone. Since the software does not transmit data, a user's privacy is technically protected by the architecture itself.

2.1. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. S PRODUCTION explicitly disclaims all liability for real-world safety issues, personal injuries, accidents, or hardware complications (including, but not limited to, device flashlight degradation, camera hardware fatigue, or display burn-in) arising from the application's operation or user negligence.

2.2. User-Generated & Custom Content

Users are solely and fully responsible for any multimedia files (.mp4 and .mp3) they manually place inside the local directory (Download/MyMagicMedia). S PRODUCTION does not host, monitor, distribute, or assume any liability for user-imported assets or potential copyright infringements caused by custom user files.

2.3. Rewarded Advertisements & Magic Energy Balance

The application offers advanced multimedia customization features that can be unlocked using Magic Energy (⚡️) or via a Lifetime Premium Access. Users can purchase virtual energy packages or permanent premium upgrades directly within the application interface. All financial transactions, order processing, and payment security are exclusively handled by our official merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. The availability of items and pricing may vary based on regional restrictions and payment platform requirements.

All payment processing, currency conversion, and financial traffic are securely managed by Lemon Squeezy. S PRODUCTION does not collect, process, or store any personal financial data, credit card numbers, or billing identifiers. Due to the digital nature of the software content, which is delivered and activated immediately inside the application, all purchases of Magic Energy and Premium upgrades are final and strictly non-refundable. S PRODUCTION explicitly disclaims all liability for any payment gateway failures, transaction errors, or regional connection issues arising from third-party platform operations.
